Here is the correct forum part for reporting bugs:
Every single time I have put bugs in there they are buried in minutes and never answered.
And yet it is the place where it is most likely to be seen by the right people.
Fact remains that this is a thread that is supposed to be over there rather than over here.

Arguing with me isn’t going to fix any of the problems in WvW – and if the powers that be can’t check both forums – where we’ve been told to put these issue, not specifically in the darn bug forum (I have numerous emails, not one of them says not to post any type of issue in the named forum i.e WvW).
Stop griefing me.
They can indeed check both forums. But the people that are working with bugs are not the same people that usually hangs around here. Therefore it is a much swifter process to post it in the right forum section at once rather than having a moderator simply move the thread and/or have one of the WvW people telling one of the bug people about the bug.
Why not remove the middle-man and just give it to the right people at once?
You also seem to use the word griefing in an incorrect way.

What is the complaint? Someone gave you sound advice to put it the the forum subsection that is most commonly seen by Anet employees, who make sure the proper devs see it.

Both in the same thread!
kitten about to get real now!
I’m sure Anet people are just as likely to see it in this section as they are in any other based on how often they shutdown threads and infract posts in here.

So you are saying the people that work on WvW don’t read the WvW forums?
I mean…judging by the changes they are making you are probably right.

No, I am saying that people that work on WvW are probably not the same people that handle bugs. It would make sense to have a specific bug team so to speak which focuses on bugs while they also had a WvW team that focused on new things and/or changes.

Being outnumbered is bad enough, but when your own camps are hit by enemy veterans the enemy has an opening they would not have had if the program was working *as intended*.
The program is not working as intended in WvW and that’s not the only problem with the only mode of the game that matters for many of us.
Sometimes a yak that has extra guards that is far away from the camp when it flips will re-spawn at the camp and cause swords. I’ve even seen friendly yaks spawn while waiting for a recently flipped camp but the camp guards kill it fast and it is usually a one time thing. This could be what has happened to you.
The last vet guard bug which they DID fix had vet guards re-spawning at every objective on the map causing swords to pop up on everything. If this is back, I am not seeing it on my server. Last time when they were trying to solve it they asked for info such as which map, color on the map and the objective that it was happening at.
What I would do is type /bug in-game which opens the report window. Also when you do this be at the location it is happening in since there is an option to take a screenshot. Then be as descriptive as you can in your report.

If you are reporting bugs, it goes in the bug section. Period. Could it get seen here? Possibly it will get forwarded to the ones that would benefit from seeing it, but it is more likely to be seen faster in the bug section, you know, where bugs are meant to be reported. Additionally, you should give as much information as possible to point to where it is occurring rather than a generic “it’s broke fix it”, which as you should know from everything you are always saying, is about as helpful as saying “on this page is a noun, find the one I’m thinking of”
The ones that need to see it to investigate whether something is working oddly, aren’t the same ones that will end up fixing a bug. Because, you know, different people have different job roles, and those that investigate and recreate bugs aren’t the ones that fix bugs or something this large would never get anywhere with getting anything fixed.
Also, just because Anet doesn’t ‘answer’ doesn’t mean they don’t see it. If they took time to answer everything, they’d pretty much never get anything at all accomplished.
As pointed out in the above post, even more appropriate way to report bugs so it goes DIRECTLY to the devs, is in game… You won’t get an answer but they’ll see it, and get all the in game information they need to track it, recreate it, and fix it.

That’s nice.
I prefer using the /bug feature personally. It sends all the right data to their reporting tools.

OP, Your concern is appreciated but unfortunately it has to be directed to the right people, and the bug report forum is the best place.
To those that criticized OP, that is fine too, but in the time of arguing one could have done it themselves. This took me about 20 seconds to do:
https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/bugs/Enemy-vets-at-friendly-locations-in-wvw
If a mistake is easy to fix, please don’t rub it in and help your fellow, concerned posters out. Fixing bugs benefits us all. Arguing over who’s right only benefits very few. Thanks!
for there you have been and there you will long to return.

1. Lordkrall… just stop. This is both about WvW and about bugs, so it doesn’t really matter. You are not a forum moderator, so don’t order people about. If a forum moderator moves the thread, so be it, until then, no need for your griefing.
And yet it is the place where it is most likely to be seen by the right people.

2. On topic, this is not a light bug, there have been dev posts stating they were trying to get to the core of the problem, and as of yet, it seems they haven’t managed to find it yet. I agree with the OP however that exactly because it’s such a big bug, it’s also game-breaking. Fix for this should be high priority.
Well just played for a few hours and it is not happening on my server which is NA. Also you should post a screenshot as that would help any devs reading these. While we are on the point of NPCS spawning in camps that are breaking the game as some are saying.. Well bats and other NPCS spawn as well to try to kill yaks all the time and pop swords on camps. Doesn’t break the game just makes it annoying to find NPCS attacking instead of actually players that I want to kill.
