I actually prefer my enemies to be anonymous. I don’t want to spend time thinking “oh hey, it’s that guild tag, those guys are rather reasonable on forums, maybe I shouldn’t attack that upscaled guy he’s just traveling after all, maybe he’s here for map completion…”

I don’t care about you. Like Cog said it’s for accountability. I want to know who all these supposed FA crybabies are so I can call them out and tell them to shut up. I think we’re in a great place and I’d love it if we stayed in this matchup for a long while.

And honestly you can’t expect to be taken seriously hiding behind the illusion of anonymity. There’s no reason for it in the first place. Do you fear people linking your opinions to your identity? It’s not about being best buds with your enemy on the battlefield – it’s about properly representing yourself off of it.

just as a little tip……. the name they post here as, and the numbers that follow it, is their login ID. just pop that into the little box that pops up when you type /w and you can talk to them regardless of what character, or even server, they’re on.

And it’s not hard to take their whole borderlands considering they don’t siege anything, or upgrade anything. Maybe that’s why it seems everyone is against them, easy picking in my book!

FA, lets focus on how we can continue to improve. We have made great strides the past couple of months, thanks in large part to learning from superior foes. For example, these past two weeks TC has shown us how to use mesmers better, and we are now doing the same.

But there is one area where we haven’t really improved. As the above quotation indicates, we still suck at defense. That has been my experience after about 300 hours in FA WvW. If we are to continue our upward trajectory, we need to work on holding our real estate. Buy upgrades, escort yaks, hold camps, build siege. I truly believe that if we did this, we could be far more competitive in tier 3 and maybe even break into tier 2. Other suggestions?
