Issues granting Season reward chests
It has only been 6 months (nearly 7 months now), we just need to be patient.
- Situation A by the way, yet EoTM has been in the game for months and still I have no Season 1 Reward Chest
Anyone know whether this has been resolved… and in particular, how to claim the reward assuming it has been?
8 months later and there is no a solution????

Thank you for contacting the Guild Wars 2 Support Team about your Season 1 reward.
We are aware that at the present time, some players have not received their reward chest. A solution to this problem is in the works. Because the reward automatically will be sent when the issue is corrected, the Guild Wars 2 Support Team will not be distributing replacement chests at this time. Instead, we ask that you keep an eye on the WvW Discussion Sub-forum for an update about this situation, including an estimated time for the delivery of your reward chest. If you still have not received your Season 1 reward chest after that distribution date, please contact us again.
