With free transfers closing soon it’s time for you to find your permanent home! In your quest for the perfect server, I’m sure you’ve heard about Maguuma’s excellent voice comms, impeccable response times, maze of mesmers in enemy keeps, and awesome spirit that never quits. However, this was mostly formed from Day 1 players and a few small guild transfers that really understood what we’re about with a nice mix of players that were strategically hardened by loss after loss after loss to servers with much more coverage.

Have you sacrificed your entire set of armor to portalbomb down enemy siege over and over when you were outnumbered 10:1? Have you pioneered a stacking tactic that made other servers complain so hard that the mechanic got nerfed? Have you kept logging back into WvW day after day when that 1st place zergball had 3 times everyone else’s points combined? Of course not, that’s why you want to transfer in the first place!

So if you’re looking for the right server to get married to, we don’t want you. T5/T4 is the perfect size for us; we don’t want culling wars; we don’t want zergballs; we don’t want commanders that graciously allow our cavalry a “leave of absence” to quit playing the game. In fact, if you transferred over here after you saw how good we were doing last matchup, well, there’s still time to leave! You should consider Sea of Sorrows, they’re recruiting!

I support this post 100%. I rather Truly PvP with real tactics than choose too run with a mindless zerg. If you are looking for a numbers advantage to win, do not come to maguuma. Were good.

As a fellow Maguuman, I wholeheartedly endorse Sea of Sorrows! Those guys know how to throw bodies at an obstacle! If you’re the type who only joins WvW when your server is winning, if you want map completion, join Sea of Sorrows! Maguuma is the second banana server!

Maguuma’s Allied Alliance of Allies has been working to extend our hands to our new Aboriginal transfers. Our translation team has been dutifully working to translate all of our command phrasebook such as “htfu on flame rams at grub” into all 27 Aboriginal language families. Once this is complete we will be seeking to extend our Hmong division as well! I will personally be flying to Laos to foster a relationship with our new Hmong transfers and will seek to fill out our Thai Ladyboy quota as well should time permit.

I can’t imagine how clean all your bathrooms must be with such elitist requirements. The simple fact you are have a Transfer Embargo simply means no common riff raff has access to your gold plated toilet paper rolls. I bet the lack of a purple glow from a black light in any of your keeps rest rooms would bring a tear to my eye, and perhaps inspire a nice waxy BM.

Many servers are so starved for the infrastructure of good communication and fun that Mag has. Its very attractive because of that.

Not everyone’s motivation is winning so I can see very easily how they’d disregard the intent of the post and transfer anyways.

Why won’t you people hate us. Remember that Maguuma has GOONs who Jesse Cox has expertly reported are all hackers using reliable sources.

I also can’t think of a reason anyone should transfer to Maguuma because I don’t know anything about that server or anyone on it.

Anyone who loves Star Wars will be attracted to the Double U. Personally, I am also quite fond of the letter U. I find it to be the most powerful of Vowels and the only one capable of replacing any of the others in almost any word. Yes we liked fighting CD too, no we do NOT want more people, we like it just the way it is.
