Guild Wars 2

After the last patch i now have random lag spikes from 1-10secs (not skill lag) on random borderlands.
I can go EB and play with no lag, then i go to my homeland borderland i get these lag spikes with random intervals all the time.

Anyone else been experiencing this?
This is making WvW very unplayable for me.

I have been having completely unplayable lag spikes and rubber banding since yesterday literally unplayable in WvW.. 2mins plus lag followed by DC.. Dunno why so bad, yes its a bit blooby at the moment but nothing like AM blobby and didnt have any prob in those match ups

Playing on Gandara BL tonight has been pretty painful. Seems like everything has a few miliseconds delay or worse. Guardian run speed buff marks (sorry forget the name and I dont play Guardian) I need to stand right in the middle of it for a full second or I get no buff. This was small scale stuff, plenty of groups on the map elsewhere I guess.

This is quite frankly ridiculous. You cannot expect players to be able to enjoy WvW with this much lag. There are lag spikes everywhere, ability delays and all kinds of weird lag. I dont’ mind dying to other players, but dying because none of your abilities work and your constantly lagging is completely unacceptable.

With people already bored of WvW, lag like this is enough to chase away remaining players, sort it out.

This guy’s video is pretty much what I’m seeing in WvW .. it starts about 1:30pm (EST) every day and goes on for several hours like this:

You’ll see what happens about the 1 min mark I think in the video. Brutal.

It’s not cool when instant abilities take like 5-6 seconds to cast. And rubber banding doesn’t help either.

Why are there dev/mod responses to threads on FIREWORKS but none about game-breaking lag? LOL
