What are the 5 WvW skills you guys prefer?
1. supply master
2. repair mastery
3. build mastery
4. AC mastery
5. Ballista/Cannon mastery
(if Supply capacity was cheaper it would’ve been #3 or #4, probably)
Yep, everyone should put at least one point into Build and Repair Mastery.
I don’t see the point of Supply Mastery though.
AC Mastery is op so therefore necessary.
Always want to have someone with at least one pip in Cata Mastery on your cata. Same for Trebs.
The Guard Defense and Killer’s last skill is way op but its expensive.
Supply capacity is waaaaay too many points for way too little supply. You cap out at what, five extra supply?

I would argue minimum two in treb mastery.
Personally at least 1 or 2 in build/repair mastery in mandatory.
Going 4 into supply mastery is great imo, 5 if your a commander or drop a lot of siege.
Then lastly if you use a lot of siege Siege Might/A siege mastery.
And work on Defense Against Guards and Guard Killer as you have spare ranks points.

After those two if you like working siege, as a start:
The final point in AC mastery isn’t worth it. The last two in treb might be good but never tried them. Increased range fire and damage of ballistas is really nice if you like to fire them (some don’t). Supply capacity is to expensive for what a player gets.

The problem is the lack of wvw skills that are worth putting more than one point in.

Cata Mastery 1
AC Mastery 1
Treb Mastery 1
Asap on all toons. After that, I guess it all depends on what i am doing at the moment I can choose a skill. It’s a shame that there’s only abilities that help on objectives. Would be nice to have something that helps in open field. Say, Scout Mastery that increases base speed, or increases the passive speed cap. Or maybe the ability to stomp faster? Decreased falling damage? Nothing big for these, maybe 1% a point or something at 1, 5, 10, 25, 50 points per rank? Or 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, etc and add other stuff in there.

Waste of effort to bother ranking the others.
rank 4 of supply mastery does give you a chance to get 0/4 extra supply that, remember, is not taken of from the total pool you get from your keeps/camps/towers/whatevers
it already makes it a lot more worthy than supply capacity, I do actually think that (COMPARED TO SUPPLY CAPACITY) supply mastery is really overpowered
btw, of course you MUST have at least 1 rank in repair and build, in my opinion! that’s why I ranked them so high.

1 rank in build
whatever you fancy to level up afterwards

This along with cata/treb for the extra damage and AC for the extra radius etc. Other than that I don’t find most of them worth getting for the most part.
question: by maxing up guard killer and defense against guards you would get 100 power, 100 con damage and 250 vitality after just killing five guards?!

Yes. Go solo a camp and kill a sentry and you will be with 2500-4000 more Health and deal a lot more damage.
People with those buffs are the funniest to kill, as they mostly are really, really bad at playing despite their high rank.
