Re-name the buff “Tonight, WE DINE IN KAINENG!” for that added effect of peril, and I like it.

in “The game that shall not be named” in Wintergrasp the outmanned buff buffed players to the point they one shot people so a group of 5 just walked through the zerg easily with no effort because they 1 shot everybody.
I don’t see how something like that would fix anything, I enjoy small scale fights in WvW. If I have the outmanned buff and run into a guy for a 1v1 and I beat him because of that buff there will be no satisfaction.

They should just reverse the outmanned buff with the orb of power buff. Makes sense to me. As it stands, the server with the zerg easily claims the orbs of power which gives them 15% more hp and 150 more to all stats which makes the zerg even more unstoppable. What good is a magic find buff for a server that can’t leave their base without being overwhelmed by a 4 to 1 zerg?
I usually see outmanned when I go to a map my server owns the vast majority of. The people on my team don’t wanna stay on a “boring map” so they transfer to the action.
Fine by me, I bring my alt and walk safely around the zones to harvest materials and get my map discovered. I always thought it was meant to help lure both the losing or the winning team back to that map (depending who has it). I thought that’s why they gave magic find, to bring people back to defend maps they already own rather than conquering one and moving to another.
I may be proving your point, I kinda got lost in that train of thought :p
