Well, Season 2 has begun… with it come the hordes of players wanting their achievements. Just thought I would share how our WvW queues were last night and invite the other worlds to do the same.
Here’s hoping it will relax as the season progresses. Only about 7 of my guildies made it in with me last night

What’s the point of having a massive influx of players if its all from the same time zone? You tend to:
A) Split up organized guilds and reduce effectiveness
B) Have no coverage at non-NA prime
We will see how the season pans out. But TBH, HoD has no chance against FA off hours. We may get top 3 in Silver, but no chance at the win. But either way, it will be nice to face off with some servers we have never really met on the battlefield

On GoM. The most we had was a 60 man wait on EB. SF BL was a little over 20 (That’s where ASH, ART, and Wurm went). GoM BL and DH BL were under 10. EB reduced and hoovered around 20 most of the night, but the BL were clear a few hours after reset.
We will see how the season pans out. But TBH, HoD has no chance against FA off hours. We may get top 3 in Silver, but no chance at the win. But either way, it will be nice to face off with some servers we have never really met on the battlefield

I wouldn’t say that. They sure were organized, in the sense, that they could waypoint a whole map queue in bay while it was contested by our map queue.
They might not be organized guilds, but there are people commanding them, and they are putting up a severe fight.

Iol. Well, all I can say is that FA has been putting up some nice numbers overnight, and they have been organizing them. Sure, they don’t have the ocx / sea that SoS has (but how many servers do). What they have is more than adequate, and it is getting the job done.
What is a “queue”? (Sarcastic question from non-bandwagoner server in EU Bronze)
BTW we actually managed a queue of 10 people in our border saturday night. People were “WTF?!?!?!” Same on reset night (wasn’t playing, but people told me)

My experience was that Eredon Terrace had homeland and EB sporadically queued for a very small window of about 45mins-1hour on reset night. The highest I saw was between 10-15 and it didn’t last for long.
I think I looked about once not long after reset (maybe a half hour) and it was I think 29 for EB and 10-19ish for our BL, none for the other BLs Sooo many have left our server…
