Should Supply Camps be harder to take?

I disagree with you. I am on dragonbrand server the other servers have walked all over us past 4 weeks even when the other team has 3 orbs and out mans us if I pay attention I can solo a supply camp and so can many others. supply camps have no defenses and if you and 1 or 2 others cant take a supply camp even if the other team has 3 orbs your doing something wrong.

You’re missing the point. If your side already controls the entire map, you do not deserve to have strong camps that are difficult to take. It’s player versus player, not player versus player with strong NPCs.
The NPCs are only there to buy you time to respond, they’re not supposed to hold the entire map by themselves once you have taken it over.
my team almost never owns the whole may. The guards are too easy they die as fast as the rabbits do. I know they are suppose to assist players but they do not assist well when 1 or 2 players can wipe out a camp in 10 seconds. Just a moment ago me and another thief took a supply camp, killed everything all guards guild lord and a player in under 5 seconds and the capping took 15 seconds so in total 2 players take a point in 20 seconds, giving no time for defenders to get there to defend it. I am an offensive person and I am saying it is to easy for me to take something it needs more and people say no. Just think defense and offensive changes effect large and small servers. If you are out manned and only own a couple supply camps dont you want it harder for the larger servers to take, and If your a larger server dont you want it harder for the smaller servers to harass your supply camps.
Has to be something for small groups or solo players to participate in without being full zerg. I’m ok with them as they are and I can’t solo one. It takes me too long to kill all of them before they respawn. I’m built like “woman with confusing back hair” but I like it that way (tanky caster) and if I can’t beat them solo then not ALL of us solo them. Two man or 3, absolutely but not 15 seconds lol
The only thing I might get behind is to have siege weapons that can’t be attacked until the guards are dead if put on certain places, that would aid one person trying to fend off multiples until they could rally help in. I envision an arrow cart on each side so that the attackers are only challenged if the other side wants to defend but can’t convince people to sit there waiting when there is zerging to be done.
Oh and if you want to give me OP, let us waypoint to supply camps for 10c.

I bet 1 copper that 2 players could not ever take a camp in 20 seconds (that is 1/3 of a minute)
I see your point tho, and while i may agree on putting in place few more game mechanincs involving Camps and overall strategic points, as far as it is right now, camp’s guard look fine to me – that s ofc just my (won) copper opinion ^^

I see no issue with camps. They’re meant to be defended by a handfull of PLAYERS, not NPCs. And a camp with fully upgraded guards certainly cannot be soloed. Even if you somehow manage to pull them apart, they’ll start respawning before you can finish off the last one.

No. Camps should be able to take by small force if no enemy players are there to defend. It is one way of making something to do with those that are on low population server where one world owns everything – hit-and-run camps and control points for exp, karma and money. I personally do not see any more reason to discourage underdogs any more. Could OP post video of taking camp in 20 seconds with two people?

Camps should be easy to take. It’s really important for WvW to have things for really small groups to do. Otherwise it’s all zerg vs zerg.
