Don’t know if this was already disscussed but anywho…

I think this would be a good idea.

I’ve held onto the one bonfire I’ve ever earned … just holding out hope.

It was suggested a way back. Dunno if anything got discussed. If anything it would make wvw players spend a great deal more money on gems

Guilds just got a guild WXP booster added. I think for now, guilds are in a good place (bonus boosters wise). Albeit a guild WXP banner would be awesome somewhere down the line.

I kinda feel like bonfire should be prioritized a tad more because it would A; bring more revenue (more money to them = more people that can work on the game) and B; it wouldnt force guilds who do not wish to do missions, to do so in order to earn merits (lets face it, if a WXP banner was added, it would cost some merits too, not just influence)

Quite simply there are communal bonfire boosters available in the gem store. Currently they can be used to grant a 50% bonus to magic find, karma, or experience.

Guilds are most certainly not in a good place, which is probably why Anet recently mentioned an incoming Guild CDI. . .
There should definitely be WxP Banners added, & quite frankly, the new guild buff is extremely difficult for small/medium sized guilds to obtain. And if they did obtain it, it certainly wouldn’t be able to be used with any real regularity.
Guild Buffs need a complete overhaul imo. Almost every single one of them.

Agree, it would seem that most of the code is there, its just a different applied buff. The bonfire is geeky little item but it is fun, especially if you are waiting and guarding an objective.

Yea, only a few tweaks to it then bam wxp bonfire.
Money for anet and a good buff for us WvW’ers
