Jade Quarry, 10/10 – achievement tab says 2nd, historian says 1st. Noticing that the achievement tab is displaying each server’s ranking from last season.

I’m actually quite amazed at how frequently screw-ups like this happen, considering it happened last season and there was MORE than enough time to get this set straight.

My brother and I got ours, by my girlfriend didn’t (and her achievement says rank 4, not 2). All three of us are life-long Yak’s Benders, and none of us completed the Season 1 WVW meta achievement, but all of us completed the Spring Season meta. She will be crushed if she doesn’t get the reward, we spent dozens of hours getting the meta and fighting for 2nd place.

So I have the title from the meta, so I know I completed the meta, and yet i did not receive my chest. I will be greatly disappointed if I do not receive my reward in the future and hopefully in a timely manner as well. I’m starting to expect these things from anet and that should be quite embarrassing for the company altogether.

Seems like most others. On GoM. 1st place in bronze league. Did my 10/10 achievements, got Mist Runner title. No chest. Odd thing, my guildies did. We compared stuff and all looks the same.

Hopefully this gets resolved and I will get my chest. Mostly I’m just disappointed.

I’m also in GOM and havent got my chest. Most people from my guild got it, I tried to swich characters and maps but nothing worked :c

I’m on FC, Got the correct achievement for fourth place but no chest.

FA, 2nd place achievement but no chest.

Have done the meta, 10/10 but no chest.

Completed all of the wvw season 2 achievements, am on Blackgate.. Have not received chest.

I am from TC, All of my guildmates have gotten their chest and it says 2nd place for them.

Mine says 4th place and that my chest is already unlocked yet I have not gotten it. I did not transfer.

Several people who transferred to Desolation at the end of the tournament are still locked out of the WvWvW maps and can only access EotM. When is this bug going to be fixed?

I can be counted in as well. Tried relogging, changing characters, going to EB, BLs and Eotm and still no chest.

JQ, 1st place server, second place finish achievement, full meta achievement plus some, no chest.

if If two worlds tie, both will receive the better reward.
Currently according to the leaderboard (Updated 5/30/14 5:11 PM PST), in silver league we have
1 first, 2 second, 3 forth, 2 seventh, and 1 9nth…..Is everything working as intended ?

i have completed the “WvW Spring Tournament 2014 Veteran” Achievement but no chest.

Might as well add myself to the no-chest list.

GOM, 1st place on WvW tab, all achievement completed(including ones from EotM), no chest so far(tried relog/switch character, didn’t seem to work)

No chest. No tickets.

Acheivements completed.

I also have received no chest. Says 1st place in achievement. everywhere else is 2nd. shows i received it, and i have finished the meta

I am among those who did not get the reward chest, but since I won’t be able to spend anything until Tuesday, I’m not overly concerned at the moment.

I’m among the many who finished meta and on a server who finished second place (Tarnished Coast) but haven’t received a chest, figure it will be fixed by the patch on the 3rd.. I hope

Mine says WvW tournament still active…No chest.

Anyways no surprise here…Even a simple WvW rewards chest gets bugged…..I sometimes wonder how hard is it to do at least one thing right in WvW?

No reward chest here and I’ve been on Dragonbrand since Head Start. And to add insult to injury it says I finished 5th place when Dragonbrand finished 6th. It’s nice to see what it would have looked like to know I’m getting a shiny Mistforged weapon. >.>

Still no chest, hopefully at some point we will get the chest. If not then I guess next season I will only do Spvp and Tpvp and wont jump in WvW until the season is done.

Still havent gotten any chest from the meta, Placed 2nd in Sorrows Furnace too…

Do you get horrible drops, too, when everyone around you is getting exotics? LOL you may be on to something here.

I still have yet to even get a chest… I’m on yaks and my place indicator says 4th when my entire guild’s says 2nd… Think somewhere along the line some depending on where you were when April’s 15th patch hit, screwed up something to do with the game recognizing your server.

You may be onto something. I rushed the meta in two days, and 17/19 in like 1-2 weeks. So i kinda was almost complete way before tournement end. I think there was a slip up during tournement with one of the patches. And now only people, who compelted ‘later’ the meta are garanteed to get chest.

My daily achievements however were not reset.

The achievement for the placing is under the “WvW” tab, not the “WvW Tournament” tab. That said, that achievement is also apparently bugged. I am on Ehmry Bay, which came in 4th, and my achievement is listed as 8th.

EDIT: I also have not received my reward. Dunno if the two are related. I have not switched servers since they were reduced in price however long ago, definitely long before the tournament started

I have the same problem BUT my account is really “clean” : no region transfers at any time !

I was on EU servers (Fort Ranik) before the beginning and have never changed region in the meanwhile (and thus i’m still on the same server).

edit : my rank indicator is NOT correct (stating 6th place instead of 9th place), achievement reward is locked.

ANet has become famous for failing miserably at the simplest things. Even with 9 weeks preparation.

Here’s hoping we get our chests, and that people from season 1 who didn’t get anything, get theirs.

I know it’s 9 weeks for 2-4 blues/greens but they could at least get it right.

So much facepalm. So much headdesk. So much fistmonitor.

On Gandara. Got the 1st place achievement in the achievements tab but didn’t receive the chest.

Add me to the list. Being from Tarnished Coast since pretty much the roll-out of the game, my achievements report the correct placing (2nd), but I didn’t get a chest. It says “unlocked” on the achievement screen, but sadly I did no such thing. This is disappointing to say the least, and I hope it gets solved quickly.

I’m lacking a chest as well. Been on Vabbi since I started playing and finished the meta achievement long before the tournament’s end.

I got 2nd place Chivo in my list for FA, but no chest. I also did every single tournament chivo.

Same thing happened to me, still waiting for the WvW Spring Tournament 2014 Chest!!

Still no reward on top of the fact that I was awarded the 4th place achievement as opposed to 2nd. (No transfers, meta completed in 3rd day of tournament, Piken Square EU)

All we have is a thread that instead of assuring us that they are working on a fix just reminds us that WvW is ignored by the developers.

Let’s all spend gold in the gem store so maybe we can get some support from the dev team, aw wait we have no gold because WvW rewards are low.

I have gotten my chest right after WvW reseted, Piken Square 2nd place, have not transferred, completed the achievements.

I won’t submit a ticket because it must be crazy right now for the WvW reward chests but I want to share an observation a friend and I saw if it can help the devs with this issue.

First we are both from Ehmry Bay since launch and never switched home servers. The battle historian in WvW says that we both represent Ehmry Bay for the tournament.

We both participated in WvW season one, I got the meta finished but he didn’t. Ehmry Bay finished 4th place in the Silver League in season 1. So I have the ‘’4th place’’ achievement under ‘’ Achievements >WvW> World vs World’’ for season 1 and he doesn’t since he didn’t finish season 1 meta.

Now for the tournament. Ehmry Bay finished 4th place in the Bronze League alongside Ferguson’s Crossing and Darkhaven ( or the 6th spot on the official leaderboards).

So we log in tonight. He has his 2014 tournament chest waiting for him and he has the 4th place achievement for the 2014 tournament under ‘’ Achievements >WvW> World vs World’’.

I log in and I have no chest but I have the 7th place for the 2014 tournament under ‘’ Achievements >WvW> World vs World’‘. ( I kinda hope I’ll still get the 4th place chest if it’s fixed :P )

So we figure, my account is ’’bugged’’ 2 ways: no chest and wrong ‘’ Xth place’’ achievement since he got 4th place for the 2014 tourney and the leaderboard say 4th place ( or 6th spot on the leaderboard) So I don’t know why I’m seeing 7th place achievement.

We came to the conclusion that maybe because Ehmry Bay came 4th place in both Season/tournament the system buggged out. The achievements only specify ‘’4th place’’ not ‘’ 4th place silver league’’ ( That would be a suggestion for later seasons, change the achievement to indicate in which league it was awarded, it might solve some issues)

So his achievement and chest went thru fine because he did not finished the Season 1 meta and mine bugged out because the 2 ‘’ 4th place’’ achievements collided because of the way the system awards them https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/wuv/wuv/Issues-granting-Season-reward-chests/first (2nd paragraph):
