I’ve been on Gandara since before the tournament, completing the meta-achievement in the second or third week. My achievement correctly ascribes ‘1st place’ in the Spring 2014 tournament, however I did not receive the reward chest or finishers.

Considering that lessons don’t appear to have been learnt from the first WvW season, (where many player’s rewards are still outstanding) this is all very disappointing, and yet another reason for me to feel that time spent with GW2 is not worthwhile.

Wel since its pointless to send in a ticket ill just post it here !

I didnt recieve my reward chest aswell
And i feel that theire just isnt enough communication about it! let us know what going on and if we can indeed expect our reward chest! and a when would be nice.

phew, I’m glad it’s just a bug I was getting really upset.
Well I guess all I can do is await my WVW reward chest, I’m happy aslong as I don’t feel cheated on chest

Still no chest here on Blackgate either. “1st place in the Spring of 2014 tournament”, and nothing. Been on the same server for 645 days with the qualifying meta done.

I am shocked that they haven’t fixed this yet, its getting a bit of a joke now!

Anywho, i am having the same problem as every other player in this thread.

Meta 10/10 complete, no chest, haven’t transferred during the tournament.

10/10, 17 in total.

We have finished in second place tied with two other servers, Desolation and Riverside. Other friends have the right place in the WvW reward and the chest but, for me, the position detected as you can see in the picture is 4th place (Cuarto puesto), which is incorrect. Perhaps, due to that, I haven’t received the chest.

anyone know if we can still get season rewards if we complete the achieve after the season is over?

Same thing here, ended the meta in the first 2 weeks of the tournament but i didn’t receive the chest

completed all the achievements except the defense one, no chest as of yet, SoR native. I have never transferred servers. I got the achievement for finishing the meta and placing in the WvW season 2 Tourney, but no chest…

So 2 days later any new news ? or is nobody working on the weekend ?

We will not get our chest back, this I know for sure.

-Been in JQ since start
-Finished all meta achievements within the week of tournament
-Shows I placed First this tournament, even shows chest icon that is open, but never received.

The issue seems to be:

- You were given the reward chest based upon where your server ranked at time of meta completion.
- If you completed the meta the first week before servers became ranked, you were not given a chest.

The solution seems easy enough. Just give a chest to everyone that completed the meta the first week. Make it a first place chest for the inconvenience.

I don’t think this could be right. I completed the meta about two weeks ago, and I’m fairly sure servers were ranked at that point, but I did not get a chest and my achievement is for the wrong rank.

I completed the meta by day 2 or 3 and didn’t receive a chest. Also, the achievement states I got 3rd when my server, TC, got second.

Didn’t get anything here aswell.. can someone fix that?

The solution is to fix the problem… so it doesn’t happen a second time.

Oh right, this IS the second time.

But it’s WvW, nothing gets fixed.

Exactly; it’s not just people completing it in the first week but a lot of people that didn’t get a chest seem to have completed it in the first few weeks. Which might be a coincidence .. or not. But it’s really save to say that it didn’t just affect people finishing the event in the first week.

Just don’t. Opening a ticket for this is fine imho so you’re at least properly registered as one that is affected by the problem.

But doing so every day for the same issue until it’s fixed is nothing but extremely childish. Also, it won’t make them resolve the issue any faster.
If anything, the overall time of resolving issues will increase because of people opening multiple tickets for the same problem and thus increasing the workload the support has.

Blackgate here. Meta completed early in the season – on BG since pre-release. No chest yet.

Topic Summary for Mark Community coordinator to relay to wvw devs:

1) The earlier people completed the meta achievement, the lesser chance they had to get chest. I might have a correlation with the bug.
2) Some people have the wrong tournement place achievement. The zero point AP to show where you ended in wvw spring tournement, is wrong for some people, and almost all of those people didn’t get a chest.
3) Some people who never/very rarely transfer, also got no Chest.
4) People that completed the meta last week/even AFTER the tournement ended, have a very high chance to get the chest.
5) People that transferred seems to be affected a lot also by the bug.
6) Dolly finishers seems to be missing.

Especially point 1 is very pronounced. It seems the server lost track of people who got achievement very fast (1st 3 weeks of tournement). You should start investigation there.

And don’t say we don’t have positive attitude. I just spared you, Mr CC an hour of work. That’s 50 dollars given to Anet, so to speak. The community wants the game to get better. We just need a little cooperation from the other side as well.

I want to make sure this gets the Anet staffs attention. Important posts tend to get lost in the flood of complaints here.

Keeping this short, there is no need to submit a ticket. Customer Support is not handling anything related to the tourney at this time. I will update if this changes.

You might want to get a move on with that. As you can see there are a LOT of angry people wondering where their rewards are.

Meta achievement completed during the first week. No reward chest here either. (Gandara). I’m looking forward to Anet’s update (if any).

I completed the meta achievement last Tuesday (May 27), but I haven’t gotten my chest yet.

Just throwing it out there.

Its Sunday and it would be nice if we got an update on this situation. Even if its just “we are still working on it.” Something to let us know that we are not forgotten.

Same, didn’t get my chest. Got the meta in the second week. My achievement is correct though (FSP 2d place).

Yup no chest here either, transferred from gandara in the first week back to vabbi, did my time in eotm, then played normal wvw in vabbi whilst being told i still represented gandara and nil chest, no chest totally bereft of chestyness. nice to see though that support is talking to us, and in the same chestless boat.

C’mon support. we know you’re out there thow us a bone at least let those of us know (and i expect we’re a small percentage that have actually posted here) know that support is still on the case.

Its Sunday and it would be nice if we got an update on this situation. Even if its just “we are still working on it.” Something to let us know that we are not forgotten.

But they ALL need the weekend to relax, because they put SO MUCH EFFORT into WvW and SPvP every day of every week of every month of every year.

I also didn’t the reward chest. I have the meta-achievement for WvW and have played in WvW for majority of the tournament.

I too have yet to receive my chest even though it says unlocked. I changed from darkhaven to jade quarry due to a guild change two days into the tournament. It said I was associated with darkhaven all through the tournament, even though I did the meta entirely on jade quarry. In addition, my “hidden achievement” says my server came in fourth, which is correct, if I was on darkhaven. Jade quarry was first. I believe I was supposed to slowly re-associate as I did stuff in wvw. Or at least, that is what the battle historian NPC says. But that seems to not be the case.

I completed all the achieves except for the two EoTM ones and the stone mist one if I remember correctly. Not logged in at the moment. I hope this is not a case where a discovered bug is not fixed, like the molten duo in fractals (shockwave jump achieve)

No chest either. DB, finished meta somewhere in the middle of the season. Achievement said we finished 5th, we actually finished 6th. Haven’t transferred at all during the season. Stuff like this makes me not want to play. =\

10/10, Server came in second, No Chest, No Achievment, No nothing.

As most people here, Ive done my meta on Gunnars Hold, got the title etc but didn’t get the chest.

I transfered to Gandara during week 1 but still am associated to Gunnars Hold. I don’t want to claim the reward for Gandara though, just mentionning so that I wont get a higher reward than I’d deserve

Nothing for me either. Meta completed around 3 weeks into the Spring Tourney. Got the achievement stating first place but not rewards.

No chest.
Transfered a few weeks before the season from AG to TC.
Finished the meta in the 2nd week
Achivement says finished first but we are 2nd.
