WvW need more Objectives!!
No more PvE in WvW please. Just balance siege/fortification/player dmg.
People zerg because it is the most profitable way because of aoe cap and boons and other.
No new objectives wont change that, zerg will only have longer route on borderland.
Really maps need to be bigger, I don’t think the game can have bigger maps at this time but it should be on the to do list, bigger maps with the objectives spread out would force servers to split up to have a chance to hold objectives. You could still zerg up in a 60 man group but if objectives where spread out and three 20 man groups hit three different towers and you can only get to one of them with your zerg you either split up or lose two towers.
It was 2 vs 20 but its ok we got’em both!
They should redesign EB to an even more literal Y shape. Each server is at the end of each point in the Y. You shouldn’t be able to attack structures in the enemy’s lane unless your entire lane is defended. You could make objectives (or just supply camps) throughout these zones and if the opposing team owns any of these objectives, you can’t claim an enemy structure (you can still siege it and kill the lord, just can’t take it over) until you’ve gone back to reinforce your supply lines.
Something as simple as forcing servers to defend what they take or they can’t take more would solve a lot of the zerging problems.

The current game engine (outdated even before launch) is simply incapable of handling larger maps, and ANet has already gone on record as saying they have zero plans to recode the game to an actual modern engine.
