Because I actually enjoy the underwater fractal and enjoy soloing that one. I can’t solo swamp because it requires two other people for me to get the door open.

Because it’s fun to me. I’m one of those weirdos that enjoys underwater combat and even has an underwater legendary.

This would be bad. Many people can’t do the swamp…..

The issue most people have with the water fractal is the end boss is incredibly boring and has no mechanics other than auto attack at range. If this boss were adjusted I think this fractal would become more popular.

The dolphin part can be incredibly armor breaking and challenging in high levels too. In 40+ there should be 1 extra skill on the dolphins bar.

Swamp is a good test for coordination between people while underwater you cant really tell how good a player is

It seems the boss of underwater fractal HAS been adjusted, or is it just me? Done this fractal twice since patch and both times the jelly boss went down faster than I’m used to.

I’m also one of those ppl who like underwater combat (underwater fractal is awesome) and I dig the urban battlegrounds fractal as well. So TS, I don’t support your idea at all. And with the changes to the Mossman fight (vet wolfs!) more people will fail on this fractal than before so it might’ve become a tad less popular than it was.

You can open the door with only two people, provided one is a mesmer.

Why not just give the possibility to select the first fractal… Like in the Dungeons where you choose your path? Easy to implement, but a nice improvement.

I don’t mind the underwater fractal, it’s a nice way to get underwater kills and armored scales. Usually it is the other people in the party that do not want it. However, it is madness to choose it on level 40 or 50, when agony strikes non stop and only a handfull of players have bothered to get underwater weapons with agony resistance.

I’d be more for making Swamp longer.

Yea, let’s make it longer as the fractal rewards are already so awesome and justified for the time it takes that we need to prolong certain paths so they’re harder and longer.

Anyways, the swamp fractal is suppose to be an “organized” path. Simple for the ones that have done it a thousand times, but you have no idea how much low level fractal players hate swamp and keep constantly failing at it.

Yeah. I have to keep explaining that they can jump up on the roots to get over the barriers every time I do the low level fractals. Too many of them just run around looking for an opening when 80% of the time there will not be one.

I think they lowered the HP of the jellyfish boss but made the little guys hit harder. Heck they hit harder than the boss.

Please just make it so you can choose the first fractal. Make it so you can pick any fractal in the set.

The completely random first fractal was better than what we have now, since now if I want to play just one fracal I can only play swamp, underwater, ascalon or uncategorized.

If I want to play volcanic fractal the only way to do it now is to first play two other fractals and then hope that I get it.
