It’s a bit ironic as the content introduced in this patch clearly isn’t suitable for any new character/player, even less so than the Krait tower.

Nah, she’s talking about adding them to our guilds for guild influence.

I think if it was about any significant in-story change, there would be a lot more going on in terms of promotion than an isolated mail from Rox. But maybe I am missing something.

I logged on with my human character, so no, I don’t think it is

My guild has already been doing this. You’d be surprised at how many people are guild-less or are willing to switch/add to another guild. I sure was.

I totally read it as “There are a bunch of new players, be nice and play with them.”

Oh good. I figured I was missing something as well. Guess everyone is at the speculation level.

If only

I have a feeling it’s gonna be another set of content only usable by extra large guilds ~.~. First they give everyone T3 light human cultural armor, next they will try and push us all into 500 man guilds.

I haven’t noticed any influx of new players bigger than usual.

Then again, one can hardly play in Queensdale with all the “where the zerg?” spam and annoying discussions between those who want to play at their own pace and those who want everyone else to follow the zerg so they can farm champions, and the other starting areas are empty, and I usually play in higher level areas as I slowly complete maps with all my characters.

I haven’t noticed that many new players either to be honest. Guild advertises all the time like many others. Was odd to see in my main but I figured it has to do with that new video they released and giving away copies.

I just met two new players today. So they definitely exist. Still don’t get the point of the email. As if there wasn’t enough guild recruitment spam in /map.
