Geomancer's Freedom

I have a great idea!
How about we move it to adept and have it give us regen as well whenever we are hit by immobilize, chill, or cripple!
Or do any warriors here think that would be a bit overpowered?

As a person ho likes to try warrior from time to time, I can’t believe I missed this… I feel so kitten now…

If eles get regen from this trait warriors should get protection every 10 seconds from theirs. It’s only fair and warrior is a ‘Heavy’ class afterall!

Honestly I think moving it to Adept would be adequate. However, I’d be more than happy to get a straight-up copy of Dogged March with Regen, as some people here have hinted at.

No, that’s too weak. They need to get a free proc of endure pain, on a 15 second cooldown.
Good idea. Down with Geomancer’s Freedom and move Obsidian Focus up to master tier and redo it.
- Obsidian Focus (master trait)
Gain vitality based on your toughness. 10%

And then give us a trait in water that boosts our toughness by 10% of our vitality.
Yes I would like infinite health, thank you.

This is actually a really good idea since Ele lacks HP so badly when little or no points are put into water. It would make the earth trait line more appealing if we got more EHP out of it, somehow..
That actually would feel good.
I played every class until lv 80, I’m actually leveling my elementalist who approaches to the cap level, I must say this class really lack things like HP pool it’s kind of frustrating sometimes .. Because there is no counterbalance to make it fair towards the other classes, I don’t really understand. Though, I would like to say “Elementalist can heal more that any other class!” then I just thought about my Thief being in stealth & I can heal like half of my HP pool while removing conditions, my Guardian who actually never down to half HP because of my full regen or my Warrior with OP signet (which I enjoyed for a bit, but not anymore since it became to easy to win in sPvP or WvW with my Warrior nowadays .. :/)
Pfiou.. Imma have some banana juice for now & drown my sorrow into Nutella.
(Yeah, that sounds kinda nasty, but I like nasty things, just like hitting some randow fella’ with my backstab for 15k damage & sucking a duck just after that. Yeah, I got some serious mental issues. Yeah, I know, little boobs will rule the world, so what?)

balance doesn’t have to mean making all classes the same. maybe leave it at master and make it grant immunity to cripple/chill/imob while under the effects of protection. That would offer good synergy with Elemental Attunement, and would be an alternative to Rock Solid covering conditions not affected by stability.
[TSFR] – Jade Quarry
That would make Elemental Attunement even more important, not that it’s possible as it’s basically mandatory in PvP. Basing a traits effectiveness on a single arcana trait is a bad move. EA needs to be removed, but that’s another story..

exactly. you big strong warriors have no need for silly things like invisible protective shields with all that thick heavy armor on to protect you. Only the frail people covered in cloth would resort to such things.
possibly this?
