This bug almost hits me everyday. I teleport to kill someone, and just get stuck at my position. Same in big zergs. I get stuck and I can’t type /sit quick enough so I will die. It has been around for a long time, but it seems to get worse everyday. Wtb fix?

I’ve reported this at least a million or two times….it’ll never be fixed and as a class who is dead if you can’t move is the most keyboard smashing bug in the game.

I’m not sure if it’s a Lightning Flash bug, but CC/Port in general. I got hit twice in one game yesterday where I was rooted to the ground until I died. I tried using Mist Form and everything, couldn’t move.

It seemed to happen on both occasions from a Warrior #5 Longbow.

I got some similar issues yesterday fighting a warrior. I got stuck in place, but fortunately I was able to use burning speed and that debugged movement for me.

Well at beta it really was op, cause you could literally port anywhere (videos on youtube still exist)
since then it received nerfs after nerfs to the point were it doesnt even work where it should anymore

And since the different teleports have some different rules I can imagine what the code looks like now…

Sometimes the slightest z-axis difference makes it fail.
On Foefire the tunnels in the bases prevent you from blinking if you want to blink trough them etc etc

This ‘stuck’ bug is affecting every class, but seems to hit teleports/movement skills. It wasn’t until recently that this really became a thing, since I don’t remember ever getting stuck like this last year. x.x

In any event, an emote like “/no” will break you free.

easier than write an emote: configure a key to stow/draw weapon, it has the same effect and is way faster.

Wow thats awesome, did not know that. (I have the Mouse 3 clicky-wheel set for stow weapon this woulda been great to know earlier. X.x)

Edit: Got caught in the bug , stow weapon didn’t work for me.

I can already foresee the result of this topic: “you are overpowered! you can even kill yourself with your own skill!!!!” —→ next patch: “lightning flash: when this skill is used, you now enter downed state automatically”.

If only all those self-kills counted toward points for my team in pvp -,-

Sorry, this trick does work when you(re stuck building a siege weapon, thought it would work with this bug too (it doesnt happen often to me so :/)
