Simple Suggestion for Conjured Weapons
My suggestion is to delete all 5 conjure spells and give us new abilities that might actually be useful.
Signed for this. As it stands now, you give up 21 skills (5 for each attunement + utility) for 5 skills with charges and a timelimit. No thanks.
Yeah if conjured weapons were removed, they wouldn’t feel tempted to buff them as some sort of tradeoff for nerfing things we’ll actually use.
If it wouldn’t step all over another the proprietary trick of another class, I’d want Conjures to work like Engineer Kits. Zero cooldown for swapping in or out, dispense with the backup weapon entirely. Or maybe shove the backup weapon off in Trait Glyph somewhere, and if you take that trait, make it just crap out wherever you’re standing instead of making you target and cast. Sadly, that’ll never happen, since Engineer’s easy access to Kits is dependent on them only having three weapon options and no alt weapon slot. For them to give that kind of mojo to us with our attunements, they’d probably have to nerf everything we’ve got left even harder to make us pay the Versatility Tax.
