The problem with condition Ele:
Hmmm… Maybe diamond skin should apply torment every time you use a slow on an enemy?(chill/cripple)
Also getting hit by lightning and not getting damaged would definitely confuse me xD.

The only change other than earth traitline that I suggested was the burning precision buff(which it needs because it’s terrible).
If you want a 1 attunement build then you can forget about it. The devs want us to swap.

That in my opinion IS the problem, they want to dictate HOW we should be playing the class
