Because forum posters don’t know how to appreciate the good things the ele still posseses. The negativity aspect only gets emphasize. Finally, us eles are still op.

ele are not OP, but this balance patch did improve some traits that needed to be improve. It is just too bad they decided to not improve other areas as well.
also it is easier to whine than to appreciate. Players want their classes to be OP and when they don’t get it, it means failure.
This is an mmo forum, if someone isn’t whining chances are the game is dead.

Ele is the only class with an elite now that has a huge heal attached (looks like its 15-20s CD) that can now be CONTROLLED. That means you will get the heal at least 2, maybe 3 times during the life of the elemental. On-demand stun from air can replace a stun-break if it works while you are cc’d. Fire burst can now be set-up and timed with your cc’s/immobs.

yes sadly the elemental will die the second it spawns because it has like 10k hp, no armor and is melee. We dont need more heal because we already have ether renewel and several healing skills on weapons and traits but they might nerf these to make us dependend on pets

which makes it a pain to balance and i dont know why they try to “balance” it even more when it was in a fine state for a moment. FGS is okay but it should have been buffed along with the nerf since skill 5 and skill 2 are awful. Tornado was really uncalled for and just removes the chance of it seeing any play in a competetiv enviroment.
