All-Around Build
Honestly I don’t think it is worth it to run lyssa runes since your build doesn’t focus around boons and you could gain better condi cleanse from healing turret.
Things that go BOOM
lyssa is not good on engineers.
4 kits are hard to handle. I like the healing turret more as the med kit. I guess in sPvP you do not have the time to drop the med cases. It also helps against conditions because you can remove every 15sec 2 condis. You can run Melandru runes. -25% condition duration is could help more than Lyssa over time

On the contrary, I find sPvP is where Med Kit shines best. Go to an empty point and start laying out the free heals and condition removal you can use later. If you’re a bunker this would be an owned point that you are defending. If not it would be a point you’re capping. Sure, when someone shows up your heal isn’t quite as good as the turret and you don’t get a water field, but you do have a solid 6-9k+ in heals laying around, 2-3 condition removals, and 2-3 shots of Swiftness/Fury.

First, I much prefer the Med Kit over the HT (well…I just love the concept of a 4-kit engineer). Also, with no Speedy Kits (I do use Power Shoes), I pretty much use Stimulant on CD (the Fury is also nice).
I have been using Lyssa more since my post and I actually really like them. I do wish they were condition damage instead of precision, but precision is OK due to Vigor and IP.
The 10 second boon coupled with Stimulant works great for the opener. I still haven’t committed to going broke yet and still running Scavenger when roaming.
