Fix Rocket boots already!

Needs other fix first: Add evade Frame in the air
Would love longer distance on Rocket Boots too.
@coro: the grandmaster trait in the tools trait line: gadgeteer (or something like this)… it makes the gadgets more potent and reduces their CDs
Eh, I could care less about underwater, but I do wish that Rocket Boots were good enough to fit in some decent build. At best, they’re mediocre for open world PvE, which is sad since it’s an incredibly fun skill.

Rocket Boots: This skill is no longer usable underwater. This is a temporary change until we can figure out why players can launch themselves into the sky using this skill.
I mean technically they kept their promise assuming they can’t figure out why players could launch themselves into the sky. This seems exceedingly likely tbh.

They are usable in raids against sabetha. If you’re kiting napalm as engineer (which isn’t optimal but isn’t totally awful) then rocket boots is actually pretty good. You can launch yourself to avoid flame wall or get in position to throw a green bomb, and then use the toolbelt skill when you come in between flak shots. I’ve done it plenty of times and it’s fun as kitten.
I just want that irritating aftercast removed and I’d be happy… Either that or add an evade in there somewhere.
Drives me insane how I need to wait a second after landing before I can start moving again or I just wind up stuck in place.
