Hammer 3 needs a rework
I’ve noticed that 99% of the time, the second swing misses
They should just cheange it to behave like heartseeker.
If you stand right in front of your target, you should leap on the spot, leap-finish fields on the start of your leap & also leap in a straight line to your target at all times.
Also they should drastically reduce the breaks between the leaps & remove the short root at the end.
It feels extremely clunky to use & barely can catch a running / kiting target.
What is a melee bruiser that can’t stay in melee!?
Think they should split the ability into a 3 chain attack. Click 3 times for the full leap distance with cooldowns being 4/8/12 seconds. Damage is fine imo because it is more for utility and damage is just icing on the cake.
Hammer needs a working gap closer! Only one stun on “5” is not enough for a meele weapon… especially in pvp.

Well, for spvp it’s highly workable, particularly with that synergy between #5 and #3’s dazes.
For WvW however, Hammer 3 is too much lacking in mobility to make it work for that mode. Heck, even Wolfineer pointed out that he can’t find any way to make this one work.
