Helping with my Engi.
I would say you’re trying to fit two very different builds into one. There are several FT/EG builds out there, and you’ll want to go at least x/20/x/20/x for that. A bomb-based build, especially if you are going for healing bombs, requires a bit of an investment, something like 20/x/30/x/x. I’m not sure it’s a good idea to try to combine the two. I would make two different builds with two different armor set and swap between them when you feel like it.
You also say you play only PvE. These are fine as you learn your engi. Further down the road, I’d suggest trying out some berserker or rampager builds using bombs and grenades. There are a ton of viable builds out there for engi (unlike most other classes), so give them all a shot if you can.

Regarding your build:
The trait Juggernaut and Elixir-Infused Bombs conflict with each other, to gain full advantage of Juggernaut you need to be camping in Flamethrower, to gain full advantage of Elixir-Infused Bombs you need to constantly lay bombs.
In part, I agree with Pazu. It hard to trait out those three kits together, although your build is certainly workable. Its just hard to justify not having the trait that offer 15% damage to EG/FT

Thank you so far for the comments.
Here is how I use my build
EG
I use this when I need condi removal. Also #1 skill has good power damage so its a good weapon, with other skills its a great kit.
FT
Is for tagging big bosses and world events, tag and bag.
- skill is great for this while it has a good range I like it as my tagging weapon.
Bombkit
is my up close and in your face. So laying bombs gives me the heals and I can stay there. While my tool belt also gives me healing via Regen.
I like the build but am open to change. My biggest thing is I have not settled on a main yet and want to make my engi my main. To me no other classes feel as fun, or as versatile as what the engi feels
The problem with using EG to remove conditions is that it will only ever remove one from you every 20s, and that is very limited self condition removal.

EG is more of a condition weapon and sadly direct dmg is what you need in pve so i would recommend changing that at least. Its single target too which is another downside for pve
