nope! not worth it
Hm, 133 health/p second at 100 healing power while in Elixir Gun, which isn’t bad, but it could be better. Sure it’s nowhere near the Super Elixir regen, and it requires you to be in the kit for a noticeable difference.
Heck, I’ll just use prolonged elixirs.
It is affected by healing! If I remeber right mine is doing about 325 hp/pr second atm in my healing support build, which is quite neat in combo with all the other stuff I got going!

Yeah last patch i think i was, gave more healing scaling to bombs and super elixir aswell if. I remember right

It is useful, kind of, but only on bunker builds as such heals usually scale on how much damage you can shrug off.

1700 healing power gives me 133 per sec. I tested it in pve(cursed shore), so it scales differently in wvw?
Tested on heart of the mist, it was a 125 flat, healing power did not change it

No, it doesn’t.
I’ve heard stuff about the numbers fluctuating slightly—125, 129, 131. Nothing has been said about in patch notes about changing it to scale with healing power.
My guess is that it’s 125 base, unaffected by healing power, but possibly affected by random WvW bonuses. So in PvP it would always be exactly 125, but in PvE/WvW it could maybe get up to the 130s. 325 per second would be incredible, but I’m almost positive that’s not possible. I would love to be proven wrong, though.
I will check out the numbers when I get home it’s just over the top of my memories that it’s one of the numbers that pop out, think i got some fortage before the patch, so I cn check if something changed with last patch ^^

This is correct as far as I can tell.
Ahahs doh-_- year my bad, the fortage i looked up on, was my regen boon running, so had mistanken the the numbers! Stupid mistake from my side :/

Ah, yeah I was thinking we could get over 600 regen per second with this and Regen. That would make a pretty crazy Bunker build, but maybe we should just concentrate on convincing ANet to give this a healing component irregardless.

you mean like ele’s with soothing mist + regen ? :P
Without doing math, I think it’d still be weaker then Ele healing. I however don’t think our healing should be as strong as an Ele, but I would love it if our survival did actually come more from healing then evasion or mitigation.
As an example I think our Perma Vigor access should be pushed deeper while our Heals get a unique boost in functionality. Toss Elixir H should have a splash heal, Healing Turret should actually pulse some direct heals with a smaller Regen effect, and Med Kit pickups should splash the effects in a small radius. That’s kind of me just being wishful though, as I kinda think we should be the perfect mix of moderate sustain, moderate evasion, and moderate mitigation. Not superior in any category unless specialized, but not equal to or weaker then anyone else in those categories either.
I think in general our survival isn’t really where it should be though, and I would like it improved. I think improving it mostly in the sustain department would be the right place to do it design and flavor wise.
