I have a heck of a time coming up with good names that aren’t already taken. Other than just using something boring like “Engineer Bob”. Anyone have some cool ideas for engineer names?

Even just list yours if it is cool, as it can provide ideas. Thanks!

My is Tekonos which I feel as a nice engineer feel to it.

I like mine, I chose it by starting with Gizmo since I really like how that sounds then just thinking of physics terms that would go well with it. Some sort of unit measurement. That’s how I came up with Gizmo Gigawatt.

Just think of words from physics, engineering, or anything computer/technical related and go from there.

mine is Tessarackt, a world play with the hypercube, something beyond technology

Thersites is the name i chose for my character.

Wow, totally uncalled for. No need to be a smart alec. You ask a vague question then crack wise when I ask you to elaborate. Something with a scientific or mechanical themed name? Race is relevant as well to be honest.

Do you like futuristic themed names? Ancient alchemist or chemist names? Give use a them to help you, not wise cracks.

My human Engi is named Bartimous Gearcrank. And my asuran Engi is Blixx Smokeshot. (Bart uses the build in my sig, and Blixx uses a SD burst build.)

My asura engi is Dr. Hoppenheimer.

Short names work well, farm girl names.

Well mine i kinda got lucky, but had to spell it different than normal I ended up getting the name Kemicals kinda looks like he had to many

Human female engineer, Talia Gallowglass. First name is completely arbitrary, second is from a book (The Warlock in Spite of Himself) which in turn comes from a olden type of elite Scottish mercenaries. I feel that the last name has a suitable tech feel, while still feeling like an actually possible real name.

Each race’s name structure is different, and might help to shape your ideas.

Anything related to firearms or explosives. The 5 gauge shotgun was what I took my name from!

Some pretty nice Engi names here … It depends highly on the race thought.
