Discussion: Superior Sigil of Mischief
the dmg is too low i think 0.04*weapon*power/armor = is 37-40
I thought about this one as well due to the extra source of blinds, if for no other reason that it might be good.
In a condi hybrid build, raw damage build or Bunk build, there are better sigils. Can they be dodged and blocked?
If it was 4 hits towards 1 target I would consider it but right now it’s a gimmick sigil.
It should have been a 1s cripple hitting 3 people, imo.

Eh its a cheap alternative but overall there are better options.
Generally speaking I’d say it would be better if allowed in pvp.
Other then that its much better for condi venom thieves & necromancers.

Going to try this sigil out. An extra blind every 9 sec seems pretty good in theory.

I’d think it’d be pretty decent for anyone that has an effect on blind. Guardians and Necros make sense for me, and perhaps War, Engi and Ele due to their quick swaps.
I’m testing this sigil right now in open world, and just thinking on a zerk-kitten combo build for PvE. sound good for me the 2 sec blind that grants 3vulnerability for 12s per 9 sec. In my test (just using masterwork sigil) it grants 15 vulnerability what is 15% dmg increase.
testing this one. for me, it sounds fun and good
