Tome of Wrath: This ability has been replaced by a new Shout: “Feel My Wrath!”
“Feel My Wrath!”: Grant fury for 10 seconds and quickness for 5 seconds to nearby allies. Cooldown 30 seconds.
to put it simply this is not an elite level skill its more of a utility level skill lets take into account that all classes now can give them self quickness with no drawbacks such as
Haste: (Thief) This ability no longer removes endurance. Gain Fury in addition to Quickness when activating this ability.
Quickness: 6 s
Breaks Stun
and x amount of fury
yes this is only on them self but you get my point and it gets worse when you compare it to Time Warp
Time Warp: This skill is now classified as a Glamour. It now pulses 1 second of slow every second on foes in the affected area in addition to it’s previous effect of quickness on allies.
Quickness: 1 s
Number of Targets: 5
Pulses: 11
Duration: 10 s
Radius: 360
Combo Field: Ethereal
Range: 1,200
Slow 1s

so 11s of quickness and 11s of slow
Time warp is in kitten different league when compared to Feel My Wrath defiantly when the hole point of changing the books was to give guards something to use other than renewed focus so how about this
“Feel My Wrath!”: Grant Taunt to foes and quickness for 5 seconds to nearby allies. Cooldown 30 seconds.
Taunt 3s at point blank 2s at 300 range 1s at 600
shouts are predominately used by bunker guards who normally run ever soldiers gear or clerics so fury is a complete waste to them but being able to peal foes from your allies forcing them to engage you would be a lot more helpful and would make this skill stand out compared to Time Warp
now to
Signet of Courage: Passive – While in combat, heal allies around you every 10 seconds. Active: Fully heal nearby allies. Cooldown: 180 seconds.
this will be very short and simple

every warrior knows this signet is more us full left and should never be activated and anet have spent alot of time and effort trying to change this. do you really think an aoe version of this would be anything different?
this is whats wrong
1. because its a signet now your foe knows your using it
2. trying to activate this full heal will result in an instant cc from any player worth their salt
3. using the signet would stop the passive heal
so what do you do you just leave it on passive. yes you could use one of your stability’s to use the heal but that means the only way you can use this skill is by wasting other valuable skills
i used Tome of Courage not just for the heal but the aoe cc and the ranged heals i would even be sneaky and switch it in between round of Academy gaming tournaments helping us win games and ive even used it in lvl 50 fractals
so to put it simply im sad to see a skill that needed skill to use be replaced by a passive skill that will ever be too op so everyone just leaves it on their skill bar for the passive or its just not good enough to compete with renewed focus
