Guardian GS S/F Build
Refer to this for anything guardian/PvE related, you should not be using the same build/gear for PvE and WvW.
As for WvW, You would probably be better off taking 2 points out of zeal and putting 1 in radiance (blind on justice, can actually get you a stomp and the blind is useful) and 1 in honor (its not perm anymore, but the vigor will help)
Use a full rune set, strength Is alright but I still prefer travellers for WvW just because it means I don’t have to worry about movement speed. Also, don’t get stacking sigils, you would be better of with something else, like blood/air/force/accuracy etc.
focus is a better offhand everywhere, and sword main-hand can be more useful then sceptre, just personal preference.
This is what I use:
Essentially, soldiers armour + berserker everything else works well for roaming, and get an extra berserker set of armour for PvE (also grab a sword/hammer/staff for PvE use as well)
WvW has TWO builds, one for solo-roaming/small groups and one for zerging
PvE is 4/5/0/0/5
drop torch/shield, they won’t be used outside of sPvP
if you want medi for WvW its this build:

What is the secret behind you guys staying alive with (almost) full berserker there? I tried it for fun and it was great 1v1 but immediately when there was two enemies I only manage to down one of them and then the other one takes me. Share your secrets

Well, 2v1 just makes things harder in general, but it’s just about using your skills in an intelligent manner, and hoping the enemies don’t make good decisions. The build quoted is a much more offensively oriented medi build. Most usually have some more defensive trait selections which can help out in the survival department (i.e. 4 in honor or 4 in virtues).
You also just have to makes sure not to waste the meditations needlessly, as the healing, condi clearing, stun breaks, and damage they provide need to be exploited to their fullest. The focus is also very handy for survival while still allowing you to be offensive.
You could also try slotting more defensive sigils (i.e. energy or blood sigils).
Other than that it’s just making sure you read the situation and act accordingly. If you take on too much damage at once, it can be a bit hard to get back on your footing with a glassy build. Not always an easy thing to do when you’re outnumbered, of course, but you can’t win ’em all.
