Looking to come up with a Meditation roaming build to run in Havoc groups mostly. Would the build below suffice or if you anyone has any suggestions on how to improve it, let me know.

I don’t suppose you can point me towards a current meta / good build for roaming? Something with balanced survivability.

I know this is quite a subjective question though, but i appreciate the feedback

There isn’t really a meta trait set for roaming medi guardian, but gear is almost always full zerker with traveler runes. Its very survivable 1vX but ALL of its suitability comes from knowing how to play the build. Cycling blinds blocks and condi clears at the right times takes some practice.

Thank you very much, this and Moobs guide has helped quite a bit. Do you have any armor spec recommendations for ascended or would you run full zerker with scholar runes?

I would always do full zerker, only use scholar runes in SPvP or PvE. In wvw you need the mobility from travelers.

That uilder is with what I have atm, I intend to upgrade.

I use pretty similar to mPascoal, bit more health although once i get around to a zerk ascended set i’ll prolly run with 12.5k ish

I didn’t say it was for the feint of heart (or slow reflexes) but man will it tear through the enemy’s hp pool.

I use soldier armour + travellers runes with berserker weapons and trinkets on the occasion I want to roam, using 2/1/6/1/2

Search for Amins video’s on this forum. While doesn’t play has much he has several builds which he has lists with videos.

Take away from this thread though is that triple med glass Guardian is high risk. Know when to engage. Know when to run and re-engage. Most exciting play style because it is on the edge. More so when not cheating and using the extra vitality from traits. Let the WvW ranks give you that…
