Theres an ability like this in the game already, if you ever played to save one of the girls its a field that everything inside the field is slowed.

Your movement speed is slowed by 50%, Projectiles are Slowed by 50%, Abilities/Endurance slow down as well in the field….

It would be a bubble that lasts a full minute, the bubble would be pretty big too.

As a Mesmer skill? That would be nice it’ll be like reverse of time warp xP that would be effective on enemies. Idk about duration tho, probably something close to time warp is less op

60 seconds?? I can’t even fathom an ability in this game lasting that long. Other than that, I think it would be a fun tool to play with.

It’s called “Chill” I think. Or actually, Chill is stronger
