Why? Also, what would you do to improve it? And why? Preference is ok, but I would like to get a good idea of what I should use. Thanks =D

I’d go with CI for GS/Staff, but one of the most important things for a lockdown build is your ability to strip boons, and for that you need Shattered Concentration.

Lyssa Runes are a better bet for CI Mesmer, and if you’re using Ether Signet for the healing then you’re better off with Ether Feast. You don’t need paralyze sigils unless you have Signet of Dom and/or a Pistol so energy would work better, I’m personally a fan of Energy/Fire, especially on GS.

Oh and for the love of Lyssa slot Blink or Decoy over Inspiration Signet!. The signet needs some support to be effective (like Runes of the Pack and a Focus along with BI). I’d also throw Null Field over Thievey, but if you’re a total boss you can make Thievery work
