My friend said that there is an internal cooldown on chaotic interruption, therefore aoe interrupting does not immobilize and effect all targets except one target. Is that true, in that case we shouldn’t interrupt someone immediately back to back?
Can someone who tested this give feedback because I was sure it did.

There is no ICD on any interrupt trait other than Furious Interruption.

There is no ICD in any game mode whatsoever. Honestly, this is really easy to test out yourself with a willing partner.

Lol I didnt have a partner to test it out and I was sure ive seen it work on multiple people but he made me doubt it.

This also the reason why most lock down mesmer’s run sword/focus as a weapon set right?

Basically, yeah. AoE immob stacking.

Yep yup, no ICD on either Chaotic or Bountiful, which is what makes sword/focus – staff (or GS) an excellent lockdown weaponset.
