Hey mesmers!

I’m not playing on my mesmer that much so I’m not 100% read up on it. I’m trying to find out what’s the best way to do CoF farm primarily, other dungeons as well ofc. I’ve searched the forum but haven’t found much about it.
I see people want berzerker mesmers so what’s the build they use?

I don’t really farm CoF that much, or do the dungeon, but I believe a berserker phantasm Mesmer would be the better choice there, using greatsword/sword+focus.

The focus would be used to pull certain mobs into walls and such and the sword for the blurred frenzy burst damage, while using the greatsword for the iberserker damage and also for the knockback when needed/ranged damage

I’m not actually very sure what the normal phantasm trait setup is, but I’m sure there are plenty of posts around the forums with it.

for the utilities you could take the inspiration signet to pass around many boons, blink and portal are also very useful, and feedback can also help at parts

Yep beserker phantasm build. You want signet of inspiration and feedback to never leave your bar. Portal can stay on aswell but you can swap it for mirror images on the slave driver.

Focus pull the 2 mobs to the right wall by the turret at the start and feedback them to prevent the turrets from hitting your group while bursting them down. Use signet to double boons from warriors FGJ before all boss fights and before gate controller (so many groups dont do this but it helps so much). You dont need blink for the boulders, just get your warriors to warhorn the npcs and then another warrior to warhorn you or use ur focus swiftness to run through the boulders without blink (Make sure you are running into the wall before it opens so you dont miss your chance). And ofcourse feedback the knockdown aoe on the effigy.

Does anyone have a copy of the berserker phantasm build?

This is what i believe most people use.

Zerker phantasm builds do work well – I’ve used them quite a bit in the past. You want to make sure to also take some utility with you for your team, since the Mesmer is filled with options there. Going at least 25 in inspiration is usually enough. Personally, I’ve transitioned to a support play style of late. The support build in my signature works well in dungeons and does decent damage. There is a video linked there which demonstrates how to execute the boon chain in order to share with allies with SoI – footage is actually from CoF.
