I have a question about the mesmer, i was wondering, is it better to play power mesmer or to use him for a full function of crit dmg mesmer. Which one is more powerful? Power or crit one?

Its not such a straightforward choice. You have to find a sweet spot between power, precision, and crit damage. For Mesmer your usual options are Berserker gear for direct damage and Rabid for Condition Damage.

Mesmers are very precision-heavy, but you cant stack crits without power and.vice versa.

The best for high end PvE is zerker trinkets + assassin’s weapons and armor (with ranger runes). Assassin’s and ranger runes are precision based, zerker trinkets are power based, so the best is a combination.
