It seems to reflect things touching the outside of the bubble, but when the bubble encompasses my target, the target still seems to shoot through it. Like the harpies stupid knock-back move.

It works properly yes, there are some attacks that are not affected even though it seems like they should be though and there are some mobs that are too tall or too high up (could be the case of harpies) so their attacks happen outside the bubble even though it sometimes looks like it is fired from within.

Here’s what I’ve noticed though… the Harpy which I put the bubble around… he shoots through the bubble… however the harpy right behind him… he shoots at the bubble from behind and it is reflected back at him.

I tried it again today and paid close attention. Same results… it’s like only the outer part of the shell is reflective which seems counter intuitive.

If an enemy uses a reflectable move inside a Feedback bubble, it doesn’t reflect after it hits the inner surface of the bubble: it is reflected immediately, i.e. the projectile hits them without traveling.

The inconsistency you see may be due to timing or something, I cannot say. In my experience however Feedback is basically a solid sphere of reflection.

If that is the case then why is it that the knockback effect of the Harpy projectile doesn’t happen to the harpy inside the bubbly, and only the harpy behind him after hitting the outside shell?

Both inner and outer surfaces of the bubble seem to work. Tested it today in Arah in the room before Lupicus on those ‘eye’ turrets. There were two shooting at us, one behind another. Feedback bubble cast on the closer one caused both turrets to take damage (the bubble was between us and the turret that was further away)

Like someone said, its possible the projectile originates from above the dome, and so it never touches it. Then, when the further back one attacks, the projectile needs to fall in order to hit you, so it falls enough to hit the dome and be reflected… or maybe the first harpy is having LOS issues XD
