Im thinkin on traiting my mesmer for mantras,but how much healing power will I need?
Is the healing power formula same as warrior shout ?

Around 1300+ Healing Power is needed. Your ability to Regenerate will be just as important as your AOE heals. Cleric’s or Magi’s gear will get what you need.

the mantra heals are very strong compared to warrior shouts (over 2k with no healing gear), but the fact they only work when recharging a mantra makes them difficult to use at the right moments. I’d love to see 1300 healing power in action though. might have to try it in the mists.

I have the 30 points in power and 20 in inspiration at the moment and just using mantra heal and condition removal, I treat the heals I give my party as random luck more than something I can control like on my warrior
