Build uses Staff + Scepter/Pistol
While Scepter/torch is playable since the mage afflicts burning now, pistol offhand with it’s fast attackspeed and the dueling traitline go well together, not to mention you get an additional interrupt
Runes – Superior rune of perplexity, 20% confusion duration and 5 stacks of confusion for 8 seconds (without the 33% + 20% confusion duration increase) when you interrupt.
Sigils – Corruption – 250 condition damage
Bursting – 6% condition damage
Earth – 60% chance for a 5 second bleed (no ICD)
Some of the traits and skills can be changed, like illusionary defense to master of manipulation and blink to mimic 2 feedbacks or 2 stuns

Intensity stack = 1
Bleeding - 161 damage per tick
Burning - 410.5 damage per tick
Confusion (DoT) - 98 damage per tick
Confusion (Effect Trigger) - 162 damage per tick
Poison - 141.5 damage per tick
Torment (DoT) - 102.5 damage per tick
Torment (Effect Trigger) - 237 damage per tick
