I need a shatter build for PvE & tPvP, but I’m not experienced enough to create one.
I would like to play with greatsword and sword/focus if possible.
Does someone know a good build?
Is it possible to combine shatter with phantasm damage, first let out the phantasms and after they have done their attacks shatter them?
How do I best get rid of conditions without a torch?

Shatter builds aren’t meant for PvE, they’re almost entirely inferior to Phantasm builds.

This is what most mesmers run in PvP, including Helseth and Supcutie. If you need builds, the site has ~80 builds currently, categorized by gamemode and effecitveness.

You will have a hard time against condi specs, shatter mes mostly relies on allies to remove those unless you take either Lyssa runes or Nullfield.

Thank you for the link, I did not know that phantasm builds are used for PvE.

Question: Is it possible to make a successful tPvP condition shatter build?
With Illusionary Retribution and Maim the Disillusioned one should be able to stack confusion and pain fast, especially with the new sceptre auto attack.
