Signet of the Ether - Mental Defense
For anyone who was curious, the answer turns out to be yes. Using ether signet resets the iDefender cooldown, so you can get two defenders out quickly

Ok, saw this and thought it was interesting, but I’ve got a second follow up question: Does mimic work with traits? Like having Mental Defense up, you mimic>block>iDefender will that also reset Mental Defense? Same question with Illusionary Inspiration.
Edit: Did a quick test. Mimic does not recharge Mental Defense’s iDefender, seems to only trigger when using the skill itself because it’s physically in the Utility slot, thus Mimic’s constraint of being “Utility skills”. [Thanks messiah for hitting/helping me.]

mimic ofc only affects utility skills itself :P

Does the damage reduction even stack? On a firt look no because it acts like a “EA/Spotter/Aura” buff.
Is the damage reduction valid before we recieve the buff on our UI?
Is the damage reduction valid after the phantasm died but the buff is still up (short delay if it’s pulsing)?
Do both get damaged?
Is the first one getting damaged til it dies?
Do they split 50/50 the damage taken because they are two?
So many questions ?_?
