So shatters still have a global cooldown.
I e been shattercatting much more than other builds since the global cooldown, and ive nver actually felt like it had a significant impact on my playstle… Infact, i never noticed anything.
No offense, but thats just my point of view

@Steepled hat… I want em to fix it… along with just about every other bug/nerf and non working skill or trait we have.
I don’t really feel/notice the impact either. They wanted to stop the way that we could use one clone to do two shatters which was a bug and this was the answer. I mean if you pull off a mindwreck and then hit decoy and want to daze then I could see the cooldown of a single second being a slight annoyance but I agree with Alissah that it isn’t that bad at all.

You can still pull off that bug which is why the global cooldown is still in place. Albeit it’s a LOT harder to pull it off, it is still possible.
I hope you realize that the reason it was band-aided and remains so is people were essentially getting 4 instant dazes (25 vuln + might) and 7 mind wracks (with the previous might and vuln to make it do massive damage).
11 shatters with 6 clones and ~0.25s give or take, even without a macro.
we still have it because they haven’t done anything to fix it. We all need to calm down and give them like 18 more months to fix mez bugs, for izerker it may take another 2 years but who knows maybe by then they will have more than one person who fixes bugs.
The global cooldown is a fraction of a second that’s meant to stop clones from having more than one shatter triggered on them. Why should that be stopped?
