If you haven’t tried boonshare yet, and are looking for an alternative playstyle to mess around with, this build is one of the strongest I’ve played so far since the Specialization update behind Dom/Dueling Shatter. my only problem with it is another enemy powerblock mesmer with gs
if my team dont pressure himand he manage to pressure me its very hard as my dmg is far lower than his cause of gs combo

@ Messiah, Boonshare mesmer is on pretty even footing with PB mesmers. Keep in mind that with Bountiful Disillusionment, we can pretty much get stability when we need it. I dueled Chaos a little bit while he was boonshare and I was playing GS/Staff CI. I think it was more or less even (generally, he always has the edge on me), but it’s very hard to weave in the interrupt burst. This was also on EU and he didn’t know that it was me at first LOLOLOLOL.

If they are running PU and PB with a greatsword, then you really need to be on your toes. Also, you can just keep your staff equipped and have them waste their dazes until you switch to GS for your own burst. It’s interesting how people don’t expect you to be able to burst as boonshare.

the problem i dont use GS rather 2 sword or sword torch /pistol and trying to be on the point

with gs/staff with group my team want me to take portal so no need for boon share

maybe i fought a pu or stealthy mesmer as 2 fights i was down from stealth with GS combos

the build is solid and very intresting – i like it

@Tealots: I was running mental defense, actually. =P That’s what made me so hard to kill.

@messiah: I’ve run the same build with blink/portal/signet and its worked fine. Restorative Illusions offers me enough of a cleanse that I can get by with portal

You can totally portal and boonshare!

trap ranger – not enough on point
burning guard – same if you try to contest
condi mesmer – not enought
group utility like feedback when 2 necro or ranger on the enemy group is almost must
null field if you team dont have enough cleanse

4 cleanse with shatter with 12 sec cd etc will kill my effectiveness isnt it?
