hello everyone I’m in search of a commander to build the WVW, I’m still in doubt which class should I follow, which is actually more useful between necro, mesmer and war
you guys could help me with a build???

Mesmer + veil = invisible zerg.

Mesmer gets my vote, especially if your not running with voice comms or in a guild raid.

Veil, Null Field, Feedback and Time Warp on demand when you need it will help alot IMO. Also you can swap out to portal if needed to help get people around the map.

Glamour is the best large scale WvW build IMO if thats what your asking ?

I’d actually argue for Staff & Scepter/Focus. The focus’ll allow you to give swiftness to whomever is following you as well as pull enemies off keep walls. Glamour definitely seems the way to go, both for confusion damage and team utility. If you have the focus, you don’t exactly need centaur runes, and may want to consider alternatives such as Runes of Altruism for the AoE Might/Fury.

Theres an 0/15/20/15/20 condition-variant of my build (in sig) that may work out for you or atleast give some ideas on team utility. The gear setup is mostly optional, though that specific build benefits alot from healing power

Tbh I haven’t really seen a lot of great Mesmer commander’s since they really lack the ability to frontline/charge in. This is usually better for frontliners. However, since the Mesmer is so kitten slow it actually helps the zerg / large group stick together much better.
