-you develop a tick so that in everyday life you make a mental check to see if you have three clones up before taking action with a task. Even with the most basic, mundane, daily activities…

You look down to make sure you’re standing on the line before “leaping” into a room of potential competitors at he office.

there nothing really tick with me even if i played mesmer too much, but i keep thinking i wish i could RtL IRL.

When you after pulled aggro of someone yelling “it was not me it was a clone”

….When you smirk everytime you look into a mirror, have a newly acquired affinity for the color purple, and can never look at butterflies the same way again.

You play an alt and don’t roll in combat because you don’t want to spawn a clone to hit that unaggroed Firefly next to you.

When you just can’t seem to level another alt…

…Step into shower.

…you go to WvW on your alt and feel out of place because you’re not shepherding a herd of golems.

….all the dyes you buy are Mesmer pinks, purples, and blues.

….you bought a hair change kit to make your toon’s hair Mesmer purple.

…..equipping a sword on your alt means you actually have to be close to hit something and do damage, fancy waving of the blade won’t get you anywhere.

…..you spend too much time in WvW keeps thinking to yourself “I could hide there…and there….and there”

When you make an awesome discovery about butterflies and wonder when Anet’s going to nerf it.

You know you’ve played Mesmer too long when…you see a dog and try to turn invisible because you are sure the ranger is about ready to attack you.

I never dodge roll on my warrior of all things because there are unaggro’d mobs around me
And i notice that my two alts are also fully colored in shades of purple

You dodge when playing an alt, because you need more clones.
You use your F1-F4 keys, trying to shatter.

when you like to shatter things up and that sound effect plays in your head and you enjoy it

…when you dodgeroll twice on your 8 foot norn guardian, then wonder why there aren’t three 8 foot norn guardians fighting the boss mob.

And yes, this happens to me several times a week.

When having to sell your house, you think ‘I can hide there and when they are all asleep just portal my guild in and ninja the new guild claimer after it’s buff is off to reclaim it’. >.>

Or you point a stick at your boss concentrating hard and see confusing images work despite a lack of purple beam. It even works on people that cross the path between!
