The reaper hype is real and to celebrate I give you an spvp reaper build!
Blood Reaper:

Dagger + Focus OR Dagger + Dagger / Staff
1) Self Healing – The Core of the Build
Now let me explain. The two vampiric traits heal for around 70 hp on each hit. But as you know, where buffed to heal hp through shroud. When you auto attack you gain 1 stack of might. This pairs well with the “Blighter’s Boon” trait found at the end of the RS line giving you around 135 hp for each time you gain a boon (might from auto attack). There DOES NOT appear to be an internal cooldown with this trait which means that once you start whacking on someone below 50% you will be able to gain an extra 270 hp (on a 1s icn) along with your 205hp per auto while in RS. I will stick to single target here but against multiple enemies (like a MM) the self healing is substantial. I could add in the healing from Flesh Golem autos but I am bad at math so I if someone would like to feel free.
2) Heal and Utilites
Healing: The heal is up to you. I went with Well of Blood because of the aoe healing aspect and that I am usually defending a point. The only heal I wouldn’t recommend is Blood Fiend. Very low hp and an aware player will kill it in a couple of auto attacks. But his path finding seems to be better than most minions.
Utility 1: I chose the shout “You are all weaklings!”. This is your first stun breaker out of the three and should be used to enter reaper shroud at 50% life force or more. The stability will give you a small window of time to use your RS 3 for additional stability. But there are some other neat things about this skill. It gives 4 stacks of might per enemy hit so against a Mesmer or MM it’s an easy 20 stacks of might to jump start your burst of RS 4 + RS 5. Unfortunately you DO NOT gain more than 1 sec/stack of stability even if you hit all 5 possible targets. An alternative to this is Well of Power. Pulsing stability and condi removal is great and I highly recommend that you take it over the shout if you think you will face a condi heavy team.
Utility 2: I chose spectral armor. Your second stun breaker and should be used as soon as you start getting focused or you have less than 50% life force. Besides your dagger autos this skill (and U 3) are how you will generate life force quickly enough to switch to reaper and might stack/hp regen. However I suggest that you do not enter reaper untill after this skill duration is complete to ensure maximum lf gain.
Utility 3: I chose Spectral Walk. The final stun breaker and your second skill to quickly generate life force under duress. There are higher level play scenarios that this skill can be used in (running away from a point while being chased and then porting back or surviving fall damage) but those are beyond the scope of what its use is in this build.
Elite: Fleshy the Flesh Golem. Sometimes he attacks and sometimes he gets lost or chases Mesmer clones/phantasms/illusions around and becomes useless. But when he works he works well. Good auto damage and cripple application so you can chase people down. His active is a good opener so ideally you wait until you want to initiate a fight and then have him charge. Follow up with Dagger 3 and auto attacks. I considered the elite shout “Chilled to the bone!” but the cd is crazy long and the cast time makes it easy to interrupt/avoid.
3) Weapons and Sigils
Dagger: Provides the most consistent life force generation out of all the necromancer weapons with this this build’s trait set up. Focus offhand provides boon rip, regen, burst damage, vuln, and a good amount of life force. Dagger offhand gives you a blind, aoe weakness application, and condi removal. I prefer focus due to the life force generation and vuln stacking (important later).
Staff: Gives you consistent regen, life force from auto, and the ability to deny stomps/rezzes via staff 5 fear. More of a utility weapon so try to focus on dagger auto to build up life force more than anything.
4) Closing
Reaper is a good spec with lots of build options. I would like some feedback either constructive criticism or flames they both work for me. I may upload some gameplay to show how it plays.
