So, honestly I have no idea what to talk about at this point. I could drone on about minions for ages (which will happen eventually), and we will talk about balance patches as they come. However, for anyone who listens to the show, what would you like to hear about? Anything will include a forum discussion prior to being talked about, and then we’ll go over what has been said and our own opinions.

Go ahead and submit your ideas, I’ll just cherrypick whichever ones I like and use them when I need ideas.

front line necros in zergss. zerg tactics and how necros can shape the battle. I play a hybrid power tank necro on the front lines of a zerg and i jump in to break up the enemy teaam and lay mass vulnerability.

Real healing in ds, ie hitting someone with vamp signet and going into ds should heal your real hp or maybe even generate lf, ds being broken locking out of skills, siphoning itself needs a buff while nerfing minion siphoning.

Necros in zergs is a good topic, definitely one of the places that the class shines brightly. Only a staff ele can match a power necro in damage and even then a necro can probably take more of a hit.

Agree on zerg necro.

to expand more front line necros and back line necros.
Front line:
-Power line breaker
- Condi mass cc(fear chill immobi)
-Wellomancer (power/condi)

Back line:
-power dps
- condi dps
-Support buffers/debuffers/ condi removal

Trait ideas?, but that’s been done before i guess, i wish there was a grandmaster to make spectral skills able to absorb projectiles.

Interview other class personalities and get their opinions on where the Necromancer sits. For example, you could interview Wooden Potatoes and see where he thinks Necros sit from an Ele POV. Or Teldoo and an Engi POV.
As the Profession forum has showed, few people who don’t play this class actually have any idea what they’re talking about regarding the Necro. I’m interested in seeing how far this extends.

This was actually originally planned, back when we were intent on getting one podcast for each profession running. We were going to give each of the 8 teams a bit of time to get used to podcasting, and then we’d start mixing the podcasts every so often.

But BoC was the only one that has been up permanently (with short breaks) so it didn’t work out as well :P

I’ll try to get some people on though, it would be interesting.

We’ve always at least tried to be very respectful with people on the show (I reserve the right to call you trash on the forums though, a la Doublelift); and have had on quite a few people who disagreed with us. You’ll find that when you are talking with someone “privately” and on voice, they suddenly seem more like a real person.

A couple weeks ago, you did mention it in the podcast and suggested that it could be a future topic. I’d like to hear your thoughts on which are more likely to actually happen.

If you actually did do it, then post that podcast on Youtube so I can listen to it.

You could also maybe do something more community focused instead of game focused. Not really sure what though.

what form of support to call out and bring to the table and when to use them.
how to synergize with different professions on multiple necromancer builds which includes collaborating with fellow necromancers.

Talk about rising number of Power Necromancers in WvW, PvE, tPvP, your observations on them. I think last Vital Persistance patch gave power lines a bit “umph” which was needed.

I got the perfect topic….this is how it will go- invite me back on to the cast and we shall discuss how sexy and amazing I am. Great top right ?!

Do some all necro private arena’s with our preset meta builds. necro vs necro.

-Condition
-Wells
-Power~Lich

After that a discussion how sexy Zombify is when in downed state.

PS: Real suggestion: showcasing all the weird mechanics or bugs in the profession.

I second the WvW topics. I am an exclusive WvW player that has commanded on a necro for the last 6 months.

1. Necro as WvW commander- I would like to see what other Necro commanders feel " right" is.
2. Necro play styles in WvW small team play 5-10 havoc squads – Ref Rennoko, OOZO and MethaneGas
3. Necro play style in WvW multi necro teams of 2-6 necros
4. Necro integration in the large organized force – Front line or back line and how / when the key skills are used for what purpose etc.
5. The all Necro zerg- what can be done with 40 minion masters
