all minion special skills have a 1 second cool down, minions cool down is reset to 0, this lasts for 5 seconds.

Curse your target, giving them 10 stacks of confusion (6s) and 10 stacks of weakness (6s). Spiteful Spirit is replaced by Spiteful Wrath. Spiteful Wrath: on use spread 10 stacks of confusion and weakness to target’s nearby allies renewing their duration.
Cast time (SS): 2 sec

Well of Stability
stupid name but thats exactly what it should do:
Grants 10 seconds stability to your allies and does some other fancy stuff (damage to enemies, protection to allies, something like that).
Is affected by all well-traits, of course. Should have an AoE as big as elemantalists Healing rain (radius 360).
On a second thought, a spectral elite that grants stability to allies might be better since there are already very good wells in the game.

Pixels, I feel the same way. I’m a Sylvari Condition Necro.
1. Plague: Synergises most with the condition spec, but is situational and involves being in the frontline. I do my work best unnoticed so it’s not that ideal.
2. Lich: Totally doesnt work well with a condition Necro.
3. Summon Seed Turrets: Useful for the 3s invulnerability. I use them during defence situations, sometimes in small duels, but the CD is too long for the 30s recharge.
4. Flesh Golem: Knockdown is nice, shortest CD of all elites, but he drowns and aggros too much/dies too easily.
My simple suggestion would have to be: Let us put a utility instead in the elite slot.

I’ve stayed at this party entirely too long
I have two suggestions:
1. Order of Undeath: (Passive) Summoned minions will have increased vitality and damage. Active: Sacrificed Minions (x3) Animate two Flesh golems which increase in health and damage according to minions sacrificed.
2. Wither: 15 sec(60CD)(AOE) All enemies standing in area are inflicted with bleeding and are damaged over time. Inflicts vulnerability on caster; If Necro stands in AOE he gets 5 sec regen.

Minon. Summon a flesh golem to attack foes with crippling claws.
Damage: 770
Cripple (1 sec): -50% Movement Speed
Cast: 1.5 seconds
Cooldown: 60 seconds
Unique feature to this elite, will be the only minion that engages foes properly.

First thing I would do is modify Lich and Plague a bit and make them F2 + F3, sharing the same Life Pool as DS. Gives our class ability some variance and strategic choice, and we could have some elites that are … elite.
I really like the idea of a VERY effective life drain as an elite option.
Aura of the Lich for about 60 seconds , your damage is increased by 10 & and you summon 10 flesh golems that degenerate their health and can last for 120 seconds . when one of your flesh golem’s kill something , another golem is spawned .

Black Death
For 5 seconds, whenever target gets healed he takes that as damage instead. And when target’s conditions gets removed, those conditions lasts twice as long as before instead.

“Godmode”:
You get an additional 2748 toughness and 1832 vitality and with a simple mouseclick clan perma poison-blind-chill anybody in a 360 radius.
Man, i’d feel like Thor himself using this one….
Ritual of Utility
Let’s you fit another Utility skill instead of an “Elite” skill.
Vampiric Gaze – 5 seconds siphon health from enemies within your line of sight. (in front of you) Range 600.
Aura of the Lich – Sacrifices all of your minions and to summon 6 bone horrors, summon an additional minion for each sacrificed. All minions within a radius of 900, have a boost in power and toughness.
I would gladly trade Lich Form for a siphon signet.
Passive – increase all siphons by 50%.
Active: – increase all incoming healing by 50% for 10s.
Siphon signet would be nice, but I wouldn’t trade lich for it, just combine lich and plague.

Here’s one for the condition necros that will probably never happen as it would require a new condition, but I would love to have this one:
Persistence of Pain
Channel the essence of death toward your target making them Incurable for 5s, all existing conditions cannot be removed from target and target cannot gain new conditions or boons while incurable.
When Persistence of Pain ends, you are weakened for 5s
Cast Time: 3s
Recharge: 180s
Incurable scales in duration
Pixels you could just make that a curse, and or extend all existing conditions on target for by 10-20 seconds

Somewhat similar, but not quite. That still only counts each unique condition while this counts each stack.

Keep Summon: Flesh Golem, but make him generate an aura that gives himself and all other active minions in-combat regeneration like turrets and ranger pets can get, and huge AoE damage reduction. Ahhh its nice to dream…

They would attack the enemy you targeted. If you have all the other minions equipped on your skillbar you have quite a army. And with bone minions i mean the ones from Guild Wars 1, the bone horror’s. They are much stronger.

Riders of the Underworld 4 second channel, 120 recharge
Gain stability for 5 seconds, swiftness for 45, while channeling this skill you are opening portals to the underworld (can be destroyed, 40k hp 2k armor) that summon 4 spectral riders to charge with you, if a rider passes trough a enemy they are knocked down for 3 seconds and get a conditions applied to them depending on how many enemies the riders already passed (first enemy – blind and 5 stacks of confusion, second enemy – 15 stacks of bleeding, third enemy – weakness and cripple, all enemies after that blind 25 stacks of bleed and confusion, poison, chill, burn and immobilization). If a portal is destroyed the rider turns into a enemy to everyone and with aggro started on the necromancer (17k hp 3k armor 243 damage pre attack). Riders last 30 seconds.

On a serious note i would like a adapted version of Spiteful Spirit or Grenth’s Balance.
Fear . when used it last for about 10 seconds .

Grenth’s Balance
For at least a few seconds, Necromancers are balanced with other classes and equally useful.
