Q:
Dagger 2&3, Range Increase?
Unlikely to happen. Mh dagger is supposed to be more close ranged.
Dark pact is fine. Life siphon could go to 900, but thats about it.
I’d be fine if they both went up to 750 range. 900 might be a bit much and 1200 definitely way too much.
Life Siphon at 1200 or even 900 range would be a better version of Axe2 – slightly overpowered and you get problems with weapon identities.
Better buff Dagger Autos to Thief levels (Auto2 dmg. increase + reduced Auto3 aftercast).
Necro would still do less damage than a Thief as the class lacks multiplier traits, so dont worry about being kicked out of raids dear Thief players ;-).

I do appreciate the various opinions so far but I have to disagree with the axe comparison.
I don’t really see why axe 2 and dagger 2 cannot compete with eachother as the other 2 skills on each weapon are wildly different in play. Even being similar skills, they still are quite different and would remain so if dagger 2 got extended range.
People would like to point out that dagger is a melee weapon but infact it is quite common for a melee weapon to have ranged skills to help close a gap or be a gap closer in itself. On a necro it won’t have a gap closer obviously by that doesn’t mean the immobilize skill shouldn’t be able to long range snare or its secondary damage/support skill be kited out of its short range on a class with limited chase.
