This character is going to be more for role play reasons but I also want her to stand up on her own in combat if need be.
The basic jist of the character being centered around using a Staff as a main weapon with a scepter /focus as a side. Other then that I am at level 11 right now with one point put into blood magic.
If you’re looking to use Necro to do just PvE then honestly you can’t go wrong with any build, with Minion Master being the class that you can prob solo most areas up until high levels I’d assume (60/70+). I stopped using minions around then as champions/tougher enemies can sometimes one shot your minions. BUT, this is also me not specing for the +life/healing etc
Staff is a great all around, and I think it’s useful for any playstyle (pve, wvw, pvp)
I wouldn’t use Focus if you’re running a condition dmg, unless of course you’re going to be using Minions. The vulnerability won’t help you much otherwise, and the regen from Mark of Blood is much better.
