99% of the time, I actidently use plague, then immediately cancel it, because the transform button to move back is on the command.

Please move the button to the side, like other transformations.

I’ve done this alot with DS, spaz-clicking F1 twice. Doh!

Yep, gotten better at it (not jamming my keyboard to get it to fire) but it still doesnt make sense. Why would I enter plague for a split second??

On death shroud it makes sense since you can flash and get buffed.

Thanks for the laugh; I too am quite guilty of this one.

I run into this problem a lot too, with plague and DS. The only problem with it being a separate button is trying to find said button when actually trying to get out of plague/DS. A 0.5 second mini “CD” between entering and exiting said form might be nice. It’s short enough so it doesn’t take much away from popping in and out of DS for buffs/heals and it will potentially help with inadvertently wasting DS/Plague/Lich.

Necromancers do not get Quality of Life patches. Actually, I’m quite sure they don’t get bug fix patches too!

My f1-f4 and 6-0 are set on my corsaid m90 mouse, but sometimes abilities dont activate on the first press, so you have to spam it in the heat of combat.

Its pretty easy to double click it this way, and its annoying as hell. I saw a thread about this exact issue that a Dev responded to. I think s/he said they were looking into the possibility of adding a .5s delay, or cooldown before you can press abilities like that twice so you don’t accidentally exit them. I can’t really link the thread, it was months ago and I can’t remember exactly where it was in the forums.

I hate how there is so little consistency for this button. Sometimes its 5, sometimes its 6, sometimes its like 11…

Reaching from WASD over to 0 isn’t always the easiest thing to do, and sometimes your mouse cursor is close enough that it’s easier than reaching.

Agree this happens to me too – I think a small CD would be the better solution over a different button/keypress.

Game lag is the biggest cause of this for me. I hit the button and nothing, again…nothing. Realize how bad the game is lagging server side as no abilities are going off (dragons and WvW mostly here). Go to hit it again and get 2 of them quickly (on and off). Not much use in those cases.

That’s why I moved my DS to mouse 4. It’s located in a place where I have to think to press it and I can’t really spam with my thumb, so every click is very much intentional. Though I spam click my elite forms all the time.
